About the Conference

About IPRECON 2027

The IEEE International Power and Renewable Energy Conference (IPRECON 2027) is the 5th edition of India's first and only IEEE Club of 6 Technical Paper Conference, organized by the IEEE Student Branch of the College of Engineering Karunagappally (CEK), in association with the institution.

With technical co-sponsorship from the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) and the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), IPRECON 2027 serves as a premier platform for students, researchers, and professionals to share cutting-edge innovations in power and renewable energy systems.

Held at the College of Engineering Karunagappally, Kerala, India from 15–17 October 2027, the conference features technical sessions, keynote talks, distinguished lectures, tutorials, and workshops — all centred around the theme "Next-Generation Energy Systems: Intelligence, Resilience and Decarbonization"

All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality standards. The conference will be conducted in hybrid mode — welcoming participants both in-person and online.
